Pastor Scott was raised in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He attended Wittenberg University in Springfield and Trinity Seminary in Columbus. He spent 27 years in Brunswick, Ohio before arriving in Loudonville May 1, 2009. He is married to his wife Debra and they have two adult children; Melissa and David.
